INTERFACE

Comarch ALTUMs interface ensures intuitive work is carried out throughout the entire system. A modern, sleek design makes the psychological barrier related to the beginnings of working with the new system easy to overcome. The IT network within the company becomes simpler as the CRM system, data warehouse and additional workflows are incorporated into one system.

PROCESSING

Comarch ALTUM Integrated Workflow changes the way its users work. An activity initiated by one user automatically calls for another activity to be undertaken by a different user who also participates in the given process. If the subsequent actions are not followed through, an alert mechanism sends a reminder to notify the user. The system allows you to suspend your current activities and send e-mails in the midst of your work. For example, you can send a message (plus an attachment) with an inquiry to one of your vendors, whilst still having your current work saved. Creating and modifying the document flow is made simpler by means of a user-friendly graphical layout which enables the user to easily modify the document flow as well as many pre-defined workflows distributed within the system.
